  • Onsite Project Manager

    Jacob Robinson is a dedicated Project Manager at Robinson Home Builders, where he brings strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional results. As part of a high-end custom home building team, Jacob ensures that every project runs smoothly—from early planning and scheduling to daily coordination with trades and homeowners.

    Jacob’s strengths lie in organization, problem-solving, and keeping projects on track. His calm, steady approach helps clients feel confident and supported at every stage of the process. Whether overseeing site activity, managing timelines, or helping translate a homeowner’s vision into a finished space, Jacob is dedicated to ensuring each home meets the highest standards.

  • Construction Project Advisor

    Phillip Swain is a licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina and an award-winning Residential Builder with a long track record of excellence. He was named Builder of the Year for Spartanburg County, SC in 2006 and has earned 16 public awards in the Showcase of Homes. His work has been featured in Builder/Architect Magazine as well as multiple Don Gardner Dream Homes plan books.

    Phillip holds an MBA from Gardner-Webb University and brings a strong blend of craftsmanship, leadership, and business expertise to every project. Outside of construction, he and his wife, Rachel, founded and operate Free4need, a community-based nonprofit that provides high-quality prepared meals to local church food pantries.
